Clermont PTA Email List and Directory Update

We've refreshed our records based on communications preferences from the school.  This ensures that all parents who've opted into electronic communications receive these PTA Happenings messages. It also means our student directory has been updated.  All parents, both paid PTA members and non-members, should review their listing for correctness. You may choose to be listed or not and the level of detail included.  Here's what you need to do: 

  1. Go to https://clermontpta.membershiptoolkit.com/
  2. If you need to create an account, click on the "Become a member!" button in the "Why join the PTA?" box on the right. Use the email that received this message so it's linked to the directory record. Make sure to verify the address by clicking the link in the email that you receive.
  3. Or, if you have an account already choose the "Login" link on the right end of the top menu. If you've forgotten your password there is an option to recover it.
  4. From Your Family's Account Page, complete the Parent and Student Information forms to update your contact records and the directory preferences.  Please consider becoming a member of the PTA if you're not already. Just complete the Membership form also found on the Account page.
