🎃 Trunk-or-Treat Is On! 🌦️

The weather looks like it may cooperate, so we’re proceeding as planned with our Friday October 16th Trunk -or-Treat with our trunk volunteers and special guests available as scheduled. We’re looking forward to a fun evening together.

We’re hoping the rain holds off, but please come prepared and bring an umbrella! ☔

👕 Extra Clermont Fun Run shirts will also be available in child and adult sizes for $10 each, while supplies last.

Get ready for a night of spooky fun! Clermont PTA is excited to bring back Trunk-or-Treat on Friday, October 16, from 6–7 PM in the Clermont Elementary School parking lot!

👻 IMPORTANT: This is NOT a drop-off event. Children must remain with their parent/guardian throughout the event.

We’re excited to kick off our biggest fundraiser of the year — the Clermont Elementary Fun Run!

🎯 Our Goal: $30,000!

Funds raised will support the PTA’s Fall budget and help fund enhanced projectors and a new sound system for the multipurpose room. These improvements will benefit our students and make big Clermont community events like Family Culture Night, PTA Movie Nights, and more even better!

❤️ Every dollar raised benefits the students of Clermont Elementary!

Join us on the morning of Friday, October 9, on the Upper Field to cheer on our students, celebrate their hard work, and help us finish our Fall Fundraiser strong!

Each year, lots of parents and visitors come out to cheer, and it’s a fun morning for the entire Clermont community. Come be part of the excitement!

$30,000 is a big goal, but together we can do it!

🎃Halloween Costume Swap!🎃

Got costumes your kids have outgrown? Give them a second life! We're collecting like-new/gently used costumes for our first-ever Costume Swap.

📦 Drop Off: By September 15 — school office or lobby box
🦇 Swap Day: September 19 • 10am–12pm • Bus loop in front of school

Stop by, browse, and take home a costume (or more!) that's just right for your little one. Newborn–6th grade children's costumes only. All are welcome — take what you need and help others too!

💜 Costumes not chosen will be donated to a local group collecting costumes for children in need.

The 2026-2027 budget will be determined by the budget request forms received.  As a reminder, a separate form is required for each program/item you are applying for.
