The Clermont Elementary PTA Silent Auction – Rhinestone Cowboy Edition is now less than TWO WEEKS away and we can’t wait to see you on:

If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet, now is the time! This adults-only night out will feature a live band (Diplomatic Immunity), amazing food, great drinks, a high-energy atmosphere, and an exciting online auction — all while supporting our incredible Clermont students.

This is one of the PTA’s largest fundraisers of the year and directly supports programs that benefit ALL Clermont students, including enrichment programs, field trips, classroom supplies, new technology, assemblies, the True Book Fair (free books for students), and more.

And remember… if we hit our stretch goal, we’ll be able to replace the large outdoor tent damaged in the recent snow/ice storm — a space our students use for lunch, learning, and activities. Your ticket purchase truly makes a difference.

Returning! Photo Call at the Auction

Between 6:00–7:00 PM, Emily Campos of Emily Campos Photography (and a Clermont parent!) will be taking photos of individuals, couples, and groups at our balloon arch photo call.

Want multiple photos with friends? Let’s capture the moments!
All digital photos will be uploaded to a shared online gallery, and the link will be emailed to all attendees after the auction.
Due to the number of guests, photos cannot be sent individually.

Do I have to dress up?
No dress code required! Feel free to come comfortable or lean into the Rhinestone Cowboy theme.

What types of items will be auctioned?
Past items include restaurant gift cards, massages, fitness classes, adventure passes, vacation packages, Teacher Experiences, and Socials.

What Is a Silent Online Auction?

A Silent Online Auction allows you to bid and purchase items directly from your phone until bidding closes. Once you register, you’ll receive a link to the auction site before the event.

Volunteers Needed!

It takes an amazing team of volunteers to make this night a success. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have strong volunteer support in past years — and we’d love for you to be part of it again!

Most volunteer roles only require a couple of hours before, during, or after the event — small time commitment, big impact for our students.

Bartender Volunteers Especially Needed

In past years, our bartenders have included parents, parents of former students, and community members.

A huge thank you to all of our volunteers, planners, and everyone who attended last week’s Science Festival! Your time, energy, and support helped make the event a fun and memorable experience for our students. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped bring science to life for our school community!

Hitting our revenue goal for the Silent Auction will allow us to fully fund the remaining PTA budget for the year. If we exceed that goal and reach our stretch goal, we’ll also be able to replace the outdoor tent that was damaged in the recent snow and ice storm. This tent — originally installed during COVID — supports outdoor lunch periods, classroom activities, and after-school programs. Thank you for helping us make it happen!

The Clermont PTA is hosting a STEM + Families Science Festival on February 11, 2026, from 5:30–7:00 pm. This hands-on event invites families to explore science together while sparking curiosity and interest in STEM learning and careers.

Held in the school gym and nearby hallways, the festival will feature 10 interactive experiment stations. Families will move at their own pace with guidance from volunteers and simple, easy-to-follow instructions—plus ideas for continuing the fun at home.
