Bingo Night Volunteers Needed!

Want to help make Bingo Night a success? Are you the best BINGO Ball picker this side of the Fire Station? Can you work the room collecting 50/50 tickets from all your friends and neighbors? Can you sling pizza like the Noid (remember him)? Then we need your help!!

Bingo Night is Friday, March 27 at Twain Middle School. Sign up to volunteer here.

Book Fair Volunteers Needed!

Clermont Elementary's Scholastic Book Fair will be held March 13th-20th. Help is needed in preparing for the fair and throughout the week it is open. Please consider volunteering your time by helping to advertise, decorate, set up, work at the fair during school hours, work after school when families visit, and help to pack up at the end of the week. Please feel free to sign up to volunteer for an hour, a couple of hours, or for the entire week. Whatever works for you! The book fair is a lot of fun and is one of our most popular volunteer opportunities. We appreciate your time and efforts. We look forward to working with you! Clermont Carnival Planning has Begun

Clermont’s administration and PTA are joining forces to bring back the Clermont carnival. This celebration marks the end of the school year and is in lieu of individual grade-level parties. To pull this off, we need to form a planning committee and designate a chair or co-chairs. Please consider serving in this capacity if you are organized or creative or simply want to be a part of planning a fun send-off into summer for our kids. The date is set for June 9 with a rain date of June 10. If you are interested, please contact Christy Simon at  christysimon2007@yahoo.com.

SAVE THE DATE for Friday, March 27, for BINGO Night at Twain Middle School. Doors open at 5:30 pm. First game at 6:00 pm. $5 per person.

We heard you loud and clear! BINGO is moving to a larger venue, an earlier start time, a more streamlined night with faster games, more winners, louder audio and the pizza will be delivered all at once!
