Clermont Carnival Planning has Begun

Clermont’s administration and PTA are joining forces to bring back the Clermont carnival. This celebration marks the end of the school year and is in lieu of individual grade-level parties. To pull this off, we need to form a planning committee and designate a chair or co-chairs. Please consider serving in this capacity if you are organized or creative or simply want to be a part of planning a fun send-off into summer for our kids. SAVE THE DATE for Friday, March 27, for BINGO Night at Twain Middle School. Doors open at 5:30 pm. First game at 6:00 pm. $5 per person.

We heard you loud and clear! BINGO is moving to a larger venue, an earlier start time, a more streamlined night with faster games, more winners, louder audio and the pizza will be delivered all at once!

Join your Clermont community at Chipotle in Kingstowne for dinner tonight, Tuesday January 11, between 4pm and 8pm. Bring the flyer from the Thursday folders or tell the cashier that you’re supporting Clermont so that our school can receive 33% of the proceeds from tonight's spirit night.

February 20 is the deadline to send in your BoxTops for Education. You’ll remember from the Fall collection that BoxTops have gone digital so please download the new BoxTops for Education App and follow the easy steps to register and select Clermont Elementary so that you can earn money for our school by scanning your receipts. During the transition, BoxTops is allowing double dipping so send in the clipped BoxTops and please scan receipts using the App. If you have any questions or would like to help with the BoxTops count, please see the BoxTops blog or email Donna France at boxtops@clermontpta.org.

The Yearbook Team is looking for one volunteer to help assist Yearbook Chair Kathryn with Club and Candid photos at school this Thursday, 2/6. The event starts at 9 AM and runs until about 11. The duties include helping usher the clubs through the photo session and ensuring kids do what they need to do.
