Asking for Volunteers for Clermont’s True Book Fair.

Volunteers are needed for our fourth annual True Book Fair on June 10th!

Much help is needed on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 9th for setting up for a successful fair for our students. We can also use help on the morning of Thursday, June 11th to pack up the fair.

PTA Board Members Needed!

🌟 Clermont Families — We Need You! 🌟

As we begin planning for next school year, the Clermont PTA still has important open board positions that need to be filled in order for many of our programs and events to continue. Right now, we are especially looking for volunteers for Treasurer and VP of Enrichment.

The Treasurer role is essential — without a Treasurer, the PTA cannot legally operate. This position helps keep our organization running smoothly by managing the budget, reimbursements, and financial records.

Our VP of Enrichment helps coordinate some of Clermont’s most loved family events and learning experiences, including Family Heritage Night, Math Nights, the Science Festival, and more. Without someone stepping into this role, these special events may not be able to continue next year.

You do not need to do it alone, and you do not need to be an expert. PTA board members work together as a team, and support and guidance are always available. Even a small amount of time can make a huge impact on our students, staff, and school community.

If you have ever thought about getting involved, now is the time. Help us keep Clermont’s traditions and opportunities going strong for our kids!

Nominations now open for the 2026 Miss Mac Award

Though Clermont is filled with exceptional teachers and staff, an award was established in 2008 to recognize an employee who has gone above and beyond for our students.

The Miss Mac award is named in memory of Clermont kindergarten aide Ashley McIntosh.

The award recognizes a Clermont staff member

who exemplifies the values Miss McIntosh brought to her teaching.

All Clermont teachers and staff who have not won The Miss Mac Award in the last 7 years are eligible for this award.

The deadline for nominations is Monday, May 18, 2026.

We will evaluate all the submissions and present the award and a check for $500 to the recipient at the final Clermont Elementary staff meeting of the school year!

2026 2027 Clermont PTA Early Budget Submissions - NOW OPEN!

We are opening early budget submissions for the 2026-2027 school year. These submissions are for any programs or items that must be purchased between July 1-September 15 before we vote on our full year budget.

The PTA is accepting budget requests until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, May 15th, and we will be voting on the early budget submissions at the May 21st meeting. Submit your budget request here: https://forms.gle/4W3JyNZpnQJYtGpb7

Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week is May 4–8, and we’re excited to celebrate our amazing Clermont staff!
